SOCAL BIZ LINK may provide the website, marketing content, inquiry system, payment connection, or technical sales environment, but does not become the seller of the participating business’s products or services solely by providing those services.
5. Account and Payment Activation
Business owners may be asked to activate a third-party payment account before accepting online payments.
The business owner is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including any information required by the applicable payment provider, such as:

-
Amounts due under a fixed-term agreement
-
Work completed before the cancellation became effective
Where a client enrolled online, NOORION will provide an online or electronic cancellation method

Setup fees become nonrefundable once setup, design, onboarding, configuration, or account work has begun.
-
Monthly management fees are nonrefundable after the applicable billing period has started.
-
Completed design, content, development, consultation, and technical work is nonrefundable.
-
Third-party platform, advertising, payment-processing, domain, hosting, and application fees are nonrefundable by NOORION.
-
A refund will not be issued merely because a client did not use all services available during a billing period.
-
Unused monthly content, edits, or service allowances do not automatically carry forward to the next month.
Refunds required by applicable law or expressly provided in a written service agreement will be honored according to that law or agreement.
10. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for NOORION to perform the requested services.

Clients may be asked to review and approve website pages, advertisements, videos, prices, product descriptions, payment links, and other materials before publication.
Approval may be provided by:
-
Email
-
Text message
-
Online form
-
Electronic signature
-
Project-management platform
-

Once content has been approved and published, revisions beyond the included service scope may require an additional fee.

-
Chargebacks
-
Payment failures
-
Installment defaults
-
Delivery and installation issues
NOORION may assist with technical payment-link configuration or transaction-status guidance but does not guarantee recovery of unpaid amounts or resolution of disputes.
A recurring payment authorization is a payment method and does not replace a properly prepared sales agreement.
Stopping an automatic payment method may not, by itself, eliminate an amount contractually owed by a customer. The legal effect depends on the underlying agreement and applicable law.
15. Monthly-Payment and Installment Information
Participating businesses must clearly disclose applicable payment terms before obtaining customer authorization.
Depending on the transaction, information may include:
